Valley Cleaning Co. of Arizona LLC (“Valley Cleaning Co.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides residential and commercial cleaning services throughout Chandler, Arizona, and neighboring communities. By scheduling or receiving services, submitting your information, or using our website at https://valleycleaningaz.com, you agree to the following terms and acknowledge our privacy practices.

Information We Collect

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when requesting an estimate, booking a cleaning, or communicating with us. This may include your name, phone number, email address, service address, and any notes you provide about your property or cleaning needs.

When payments are made, our payment processor (Square) collects payment information directly through secure, encrypted channels. We do not have access to or store full card details.

We also receive limited technical information when you use our website, such as browser type and approximate location, used only for internal analytics and site functionality.

How Information Is Used

Your information is used solely to:

Provide estimates, confirmations, reminders, and invoices
Process payments securely through Square
Schedule and manage appointments using our scheduling software
Communicate with you about services or service corrections when necessary

We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing. Your data remains within our secure systems and is accessible only to authorized Valley Cleaning Co. personnel. We respect your sensitive data and protect it through administrative, physical, and electronic safeguards.

Communications

Clients receive service confirmations, reminders, and notifications by text and email. These messages are part of our service process and cannot be opted out of while maintaining active service. We do not send promotional or marketing communications.

Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Square. Clients may receive invoices directly or be billed automatically based on service type.

Recurring cleanings are typically charged at approximately 10:00 AM on the day of service.
One-time and deep cleans are charged at the end of the appointment.
Office and commercial accounts are billed on the 25th of each month and due by the 1st; payments received after the 3rd are considered late on the 4th.
A 4% card processing fee applies to all card payments. Clients may bypass this fee by paying via Zelle if payment is received by 6:00 PM on the day of service. Otherwise, the card on file will be charged automatically.

Customers are required to store a card on file through Square to use or maintain our services. This information is entered by the client directly into Square’s secure platform; Valley Cleaning Co. does not have access to full card numbers at any time.

Deposits, Refunds, and Cancellations

A non-refundable $100 deposit is required for all move-in, move-out, and one-time cleanings.
For out-of-state clients, the deposit is $300.

Deposits are forfeited if a cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Rescheduling with more than 24 hours’ notice incurs no fee, but desired time slots cannot be guaranteed. Cancellations for recurring clients made less than 24 hours before scheduled cleaning appointment incurs a fee of 50% of the cleaning appointment charge.

All payments and deposits are non-refundable once service has begun.

Service Quality and Corrections

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you believe something was missed or performed unsatisfactorily, contact us within 48 hours of your appointment.

If the concern is legitimate and related to the areas or tasks included in your original cleaning, a team will return to address it. This policy exists to ensure fairness and prevent misuse; requests made outside of this window or concerning conditions that have since changed will not qualify for correction.

Insurance and Liability

Valley Cleaning Co. of Arizona LLC is fully insured and bonded.

In the unlikely event of damage or loss, clients must notify us within 24 hours of service completion and provide supporting documentation, such as photos or receipts. Claims are reviewed and, when appropriate, forwarded to our insurance provider for resolution.

We cannot accept liability for pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from items that were unstable, improperly installed, or in disrepair prior to cleaning.

Employee Standards

All cleaning personnel are carefully vetted through background screening, employment verification, and extensive training. Our team operates under strict confidentiality and professionalism standards.

Limitations of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or outside the scope of a standard cleaning appointment. Pricing and scope are determined based on the description provided at booking and may be adjusted if conditions differ upon arrival.

Website Usage

Our website and its contents are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranty that information on the site is complete or error-free. We are not liable for damages arising from website use, technical issues, or external links.

Privacy Rights and Data Access

You may request to review or delete any personal information we hold about you by contacting us directly. Certain transactional data (such as invoices or service records) may be retained as required by law.

Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service periodically to reflect operational or legal changes. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.

Additional Agreements

Every service offered by Valley Cleaning Co. of Arizona LLC is governed by its own written agreement outlining the specific scope, pricing, and terms for that service. This Privacy Policy and Terms of Service describe our general business practices and data handling procedures but do not replace or override any individual service agreement. In the event of any conflict, the signed or accepted service agreement for that cleaning will control.
